    Default Co-Worker Sick--insight please!

OK, so thankfully this co-worker works at home full-time but I noticed he hasn't been online in a few days so I messaged him today (being the nosy worrier I am) asking if he's ok. He said he has had the "stomach flu" and has had it since Sunday. It is Thursday. I thought the dreaded sv* didn't last that long!!! Now I am worried that if I ever get it (knock on wood) it will be that long. UGH.

    What do you guys think?

People call all kinds of things 'stomach flu'. He most likely has had a few days of d* or maybe he's just wanting time off of work and he's blaming it on something that will ensure he can have the time off! SV* doesn't last for 5 days. He'd have to be hospitalized if he'd been v*ing for that long.

It would make him feel groggy for days but not constant v*...v* in adults seems to last like six hours at most unless it's proper bad but I am no doc lol.
Plus he's at home! And probs enjoying some good time off! Try not to worry...
