    Hello,
    Firstly sorry for my english. I´m suffering from Emetophobia for many years - since my childhood, but I´m not afraid about throwing up - myself but I´m afraid to see others vomit. I´m thinking about trying this emetophobia recovery system but as I read is mainly focus on the fear of being sick, vomit etc and not the second type of emetophopia ( I hope is at least a little bit understandable ), may you help me to decide?

    I think it may be more helpful for you to use this site as therapy and too seek out a therapist for therapy sessions. I fear both parts of emetophobia, so I get where the fear of seeing other v comes from as well as the fear of v myself. In therapy you can have it personalized to seeing others v, only.

    I've never really seen much evidence for that system so I'd be weary about it. There's loads of free information on the internet that would be a good place to start. I also know that CBT has been known to really help people with emetophobia. A helpful hint that I've learned along the way, when you're seeking information on emetophobia and recovery is to also do a lot of research on anxiety in general. Since phobias are anxiety disorders you're going to find a lot of helpful information that way which you may miss if you're focused only on emetophobia and vomit.

    I myself have suffered with fear of both myself and others vomiting and without spending any money on recovery systems I have trained my brain to allow myself to live a normal life again so it is possible.
