Have you just gotten over being sick at all? I get that rubberish feeling after being sick, or taking a lot of cold medicine....

Not been s* recently, although I have been picking up colds and bad headaches and generally feeling low at the moment but that iwll be connected to the anti-depressants.

I have a few stomach cramps at the moment nothing to bad that I cant deal with but im getting more and more shaky and feeling like im going to take another pannic attack.

I think your body is just worn out honestly...I know its hard but keep telling yourself that you are ok, and do somthing to take you mind off of this feeling. Nothing horrible is going to happen to you! Also its going to be hard..but try to eat or drink somthing.

Could you be a bit anxious because no one is home too? I get freaked out if no one is home, because I feel that somthing bad sickness wise may happen to me and there would be no one to help. Just know that the rubberish feeling happens to other people too! Watch tv or talk on the phone or draw or somthing till your sleepy...but you need to relax before you can fall asleep.
