Default Possible exposure? (VERY LONG READ BUT NEED HELP)

I’ve been talking to this girl for a bit, and two days ago, she came over to my neighborhood to where I spent time with her. We went for a walk around my neighborhood, and while she didn’t know the way around, I was walking behind her. Anyways, during the walk, she pulled on a small tree branch and that branch hit me in the mouth. I would say that was more or less my fault as I was on my phone and not looking in front of me. But that’s one time I possibly got Salmonella/E.Coli on my mouth.

Next thing happened about an hour later or so. We go to this small playground area, and we started playfully rough housing. One of the things she did was slap me and I felt her hand hit my mouth a few times whenever she did it.
Mind you, she was touching trees, the lids of garbage bins, sprinklers, monkey bars, slides, sliding poles, the gate to a pool, grass, the chunks of wood in the playground and the platforms on it, so I was already paranoid and started spitting whenever she wasn’t looking.

Another thing that bothered me was her resting her head on my lap. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very clingy and like when girls do that, so I had no problem with her actually doing that. It was the fact that sometimes her lips were touching my jeans, which I feel I’ve accidentally transferred the stomach virus to by touching it ( I’ve never had the stomach virus, but I’ve visited my uncle when he had it a month ago, and due to being rushed, I didn’t get to wash my hands properly after using the same restroom he’s used, so I more than likely brought the virus to my house through my hands, he did disinfect it, but I doubt he disinfected the toilet water, so it’s likely aerosolized particles got on me and my phone, which I’m pretty much always using).

Matters only got worse as I accidentally hit her lip when I was hugging her, and she started touching her bottom lip to see if it was swelling. We ended up playing around again and she decided to lay flat on her back in the grass, staring at the moon and stars. I rested my head on her stomach, and she decided to play around again and rip grass from the ground and throw it on me. I got on top of her and held her hands down and that’s when we made eye contact and we kissed briefly.

As much as I liked it, that’s when I really began to panic inside. I felt weird in my mouth too, like I felt grass got in it somehow so I turned away and spat. Soon, my mom came to drop her off home. On the way there, she was reaching into her bag of chips that she had with her and started eating them. She never washed her hands or anything, she just ate them then she kissed my hand before getting out the car and going to her house.

I liked spending time with her and everything, but I’m really scared I got exposed to the virus. The fact that she touched so much things, including my clothes that I think I put the virus on, and touched her own mouth before kissing me really convinces me that it’s over for me. It doesn’t help to know that she told me over the phone that she wants to cry & that she thinks she needs a doctor because her stomach’s been hurting really bad, but she thinks it’s because she smokes all the time. I think she said it’s been going on since yesterday. She also said how she’s only eaten breakfast and nothing else, and I think she said she’s been doing that for a while so I don’t know.

I’ve been feeling kind of bad today. I woke and wasn’t as hungry as usual, but still hungry. This morning, I ate eggs with toast and bacon and then a few hours later, started feeling kinda bad in my stomach but the feeling is familiar, as it’s mostly mild/minor pains accompanied by gurgling and constant benching that shift from my stomach to my sides, pelvis, and my back, and I still have an appetite on top of that. But this, coupled with the fact she’s having stomach pains, is really making me panic. Don’t get me wrong, I care for her very much and hope she is okay, but I’m also scared for me. What does it look like? Am I doomed?

    ***EDIT***
The way I think I transferred the virus to the clothes is by doing things such as touching my phone, which I had on the bathroom counter when I used the restroom that my sick uncle was using, touching the carpets, possibly laying on the bed, playing Xbox, and going outside and touching my pants and shirt after touching the door handle. And while I have disinfected those things with Lysol Brand III, I cant help but feel I’ve put the virus back on, either by touching it with unwashed hands or by putting it back on a surface that wasn’t disinfected yet. And I know the virus can only be transferred about 8 times through touch, at least that’s what I heard, but I can’t help but stress that I got it on my clothes. I don’t know what to expect right now but I’m hella scared. In less than 2 hours, it’ll mark exactly 48 hours since we kissed.

Hi there! How long ago was your uncle sick? I believe sv particles only stay alive for 48 hours or less. Also, you're probably feeling sick because of your anxiety. It happens to me all the time. If I'm up with anxiety all night, I'm bond to feel gross in the morning. I would say you have a VERY slim chance of catching something. It sounds like he has a belly issue that isn't contagious. I hope you're feeling better now.

He was sick August 11th, got over it August 14th. Are you sure? Because I heard it survives for a few weeks on hard surfaces and even longer in fridges and on clothes. I hope whatever issue she has isn’t related to anything and that she’ll be fine, as will I. But thanks for your answer, I do hope that my chances are slim.
