Anyone else feel this way

So I was just having some deep thought about my emetophobia...and it got me to realise...the thing I am most scared of is the n* that comes before the v*. I absolutely dread that horrible feeling, and it just feels like I'm going to die and whether I end up v* in the end or not never matters to me because the sensation is just hell. Does anyone else feel this way? Does anyone else feel that they fear the n* more than the v* itself?

I think I'm the same way...I remember the last time I was s*, I thought to myself "Hmm, this is not pleasant but really isn't that bad." But the buildup is terrible!! My anxiety is fueled by loss of control, and the few seconds before being sick is just a reminder that I'm losing control over my body.
