Is it normal to have loose stools when you start eating finally after days of not eating after a sv? Please let me know. Thanks.

Well I could see it, depends on what you are eating.

As you recover from your sv, sticking to the BRAT diet is pretty key. If you don’t know what that is it’s bananas , rice apples and toast. Stick to foods that are bland, that are low in fat and complex proteins. Avoid dark sodas and caffeinated beverages. Drink clear soda, ginger ale, water or in an emergency suck in ice chips if you can’t keep fluids down or have d to the point of dehydration.

Seek medical attention for d lasting for an extraordinarily long time or if you fear extreme dehydration but if you follow my advice, keep hydrated and don’t upset your stomach with the wrong foods you should be fully recovered in no time.

I totally think I over did it. And not bland enough even tho the d did calm down. I am going to start back over and go bland again in hopes I keep things settled.
Now I keep waiting for husband to get it. Its been over 72 hours since my daughter except her 1 episode Monday, which I am not sure was not a Cyclic V Episode. Out of fear. He was not home around that. And its been even longer for me. I keep fearing and cannot wait to be able to calm down.
