    So had to buy brown bread not my fav to be honest dont really like it..

    so made cheese on toast with it and it made me feel really n* still feeling it,so I thought must be the taste ect because it didnt taste to good together so I forced myself to eat a bowl of just plain tomato soup and i still feel a lil n*

    Think it was just the bread? bloody hope so cos im alone as usual...

    grilled cheese and tomato soup is my favorite thing when Im not feeling good.

    Im sure its the brown bread, I cant eat the stuff, always gives me a bad tummy, something to do with there being too much fibre!!


    Im sure you'll be fine, I swear by eating ready salted crisps if i feelbad!!

    Me too! Whenever I feel yucky I have grilled cheese and tomato soup. It's my comfort food!

    PS....I doubt it was the bread, however, if you are really not used to whole greains, it might have something to do with it. Whole grains are excellent for your digestive system, so if you never have them, it may be your digestive system working more efficiantly!

    Thank you all for your quick replys means so much you lot.

    Well I think it may have been the taste of the bread and cheese together I mean I love it with white brad ut not head it with brown before..

    stomachs a little sore at the moment but I suspect that its because im uptight at the moment..

    Hope things will settle down silly bread lol

    Could be the cheese, sometimes things with greasy chese such as toasted cheese and pizza make me feel nauseated when I eat them, this doesn't happen everytime and it never made me ill, just feel a bit sick is all.
