quick question...when i burp...

sometimes when i burp stuff comes up...





does this happen to anyone else? this isn't normal, is it?

thats acid reflux hun.
some people have it constantly..
some have it occasionally..
i have it when i eat certain foods,
and particularly it can happen if you were moving around
or bending over after eating too much...
its nothing to worry about unless it happens a LOT.
then you can get some stuff for it.

I'm just sooo scared that it is something serious! I guess I willl go to the doctor. but I'm so scared of doing that cause I heard they stick tubes down your throat and make you drink thick "shakes" that coat your stomach and make you wanna gag.
