This morning I had some breakfast, then about an hour later I remembered that there was some pizza in the fridge and I wanted it sooo bad. So I ate 2 slices. Then about an hour later I ate a little piece of chocolate cake. All this before noon!!! I took a nap with my son until about 3 PM, and I am still not hungry and actually a little nauseous. Sensitive to smells a little bit. It's been 8 hours since I ate anything, why am I not hungry yet???? Am I sick??? I eat like pig, but I swear I'm barely 100 lbs.

Ugh, still feel strange. Every time I think I'm getting hungry, it's just nausea.

How are you doing? You are propably just hungry, but thinking yourself into nausea. I was like that with dinner tonight. I made meatloaf with potatos and carrots, and it tasted really good, but about an hour later I made myself feel nausous. I do it all the time.

Sometimes when I take a nap during the day, my stomach feels weird for the rest of that day. I have a full feeling, and just no appetite. It could also be from the heavy food you ate earlier in the day. Try to suck on some mints, that always works fo me.

To me, you are describing how I am when I get REALLY HUNGRY. I mean, not eating for 8 hours makes me nausated and I usually just wait for it to pass - then try and slowly start eating again. It is more than possible to get dry heaves due to hunger... trust me...

Did you lay down for hte nap right after you ate, that makes me n* a lot. So I wait for at least two hours after I eat to lay down to sleep usually unless I'm sick or something.

The sensitivity to smells is what made me think of that.

Well sorry I haven't been here in a few days to respond to the advice. Anyway, the night I felt sickI had some mild d* and ended up sleeping in the bathroom half the night because I really felt like I was going to v*. Skipped work the next day and sent my son off to daycare so I could rest...I felt better by the day's end, thank goodness, because it was Valentines Day! My bf brought me some chocolates but I couldn't eat them...I still felt like I had a weak stomach, ate a bland dinner. The next day it occurred to me...WHAT IF I'm pregnant?!?! So I freaked out all day and the next day because I was still nauseous from time to time...but all is well now. I think I caught what my son had...the d* he had for a few days. I was just so nauseous and my son really didn't act like he felt the same so it threw me off when I felt so bad.

I'm expecting my period tomorrow, so hopefully all is well! Been eating like a pig on these chocolates, making up for what I missed on v-day

I hope it continues to get better

It probably was caused by sleeping on a full stomach, if I eat too late at night I often feel like that, or if I take a nap after a meal.

    Good luck with your period!
