I started Lexapro about 6 days ago... Not too many side effects type feelings knock on wood) but today I am having some wicked dizziness. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to combat dizziness in general. It is getting ridiculous! Thanks in advance!

Dramamine works well for dizziness, but it makes you extremely tired as well.

On the contrary i was going to say you might want to try taking the Lorazepam daily for the first couple of weeks on Lexapro. It will actually help counteract any dizziness. After a few weeks you can go back to occasional use and see how you are feeling.
