Hi guys!

I've not been on here for a while and as a result can't remember my sign on (will have to have a look when I get home). I'm at work and since 2am my stomach has been feeling sore and odd. I'm not sure what is going on and as a result am feeling a little on edge.......So I thought I'd come back to my haven where there is unending support for us emets.

I'd been doing so well after having hypnotherapyand now this is happening and making me a litter nervous. I have to say I am 95% calmer than I would have been without the hypno that's for sure!

Hope everyone else is feeling ok. I hate being aware of my stomach, especially when its sore,as it makes me worried...

    Hi,

Just try and relax. Ru due on soon? Ru worried about anything? Dont worry. Tummies can get sore without it being the dreaded sv. Just relax and try to stay calm. Try some Peppermint tea or Ginger Ale that may help.

Let us know how you are feeling. Glad to know the Hypontherapy has worked a little, just think of that and the feelings will gradually disappear.

    Big Hugs

    Hi midnightsnack!

I agree totally with fifi - you can get everyday stomach aches without it being an sv*, so don't worry! ^_^ It could be anything - you may have slept strangely and twisted some muscles, or eaten somthing a bit too strong, or eaten a bit too much, or even too little.

I know how you feel though, I hate being so aware ofmy stomach, too. Like fifi said, try some peppermint tea, perhaps. Gingeris great for settling dodgy tummies, I always have a few ginger biscuits when I'm feeling a bit odd, and they'll always calm me down.

Let us know how you go, I'm sure you'll be fine. Just take things a bit slower and easier, and you'll be ok!

    Thanks for your response !

I'm sure its not the dreaded sv but anything that's slightly out of the ordinary with my stomach I get a little worried. Esp as there are far too many germs around for my liking at the moment! And they are even making the headlines which does not help matters!!

Not due soon so not sure what it is

I guess its feeling bruised more than anything but I've no idea why - not done any sotmach crunches or other exercise that may have caused it How bizzare...

Will try to keep relaxed and plod on through the day.

Hello, Guernsey is such a nice place, I haven't been there for years!

Glad to hear your feeling better, I think we all know what it is like about getting worked up for no reason!

Glad the hypnotherapy is working, I was considering that.. and still am! Look forward to hearing your progress
