    ok so ive got an addiction to squeeze cheese and crackers, But!

    For the past few days ive had really bad bowels, bad wind/gas and discomfort I mean i eat about 20 crackers and cheese a day [img]smileys/smilies_09.gif[/img]

    Do you think this could be whats causing the discomfort?

    Hi Violet,


    I think it could be what you eat!!! Too much cheese is not good for you. Try and have something else. If you have wind, the best thing is peppermint tea, that or flat coke, that always sorts things out.

    Too much cheese can make you consitpated too, so watch out!

    YES. It can cause lots of gas. Maybe find another snack![img]smileys/smilies_02.gif[/img]

    I would've thought that too much of anything every day would make you feel poorly! We need to eat a variety of foods for our body to function properly - that's alot of crackers every week!!!!

    YES! I am a cheese addict just like you, and it´s gotten me into trouble many times. One time I was even sent home from school because i was constipated because of it (i know, tmi) and was doubled over in the cafeteria crying. lol!


    So i´d say, lay off the cheese for a day or two, and, no matter how much it pains you, cut down! Just a bit. [img]smileys/smilies_04.gif[/img]

    Hey, thank you so much for all your replys.

    just like to add that I do eat a balanced diet i just add in bits that seem to bugger up my system or really that it doesnt seem to like me lol

    I am going to stay off it for a while now, well try thankx again xx
