Check List

About four years ago I found a website about emetophobia and on this site there was a document which listed every single thing an emetophobic does, i.e. checking out cars parked up along the road to see if somebody is being sick etc etc. I have searched high and low for this document and I have not been able to find it anywhere. Does anyone else remember this or know where I can find a similar list?[img]smileys/smilies_12.gif[/img]

Neesy- how about you make one? Make a list of all the things that you do that you believe are emet-related, post them, and ask people to add/modify/question it.


I think it can be helpful- I know that for myself seeing these things written in black and white may make me more aware of my own behaviour and begin to question it.

I remember that!!!! That's when I first found out about this being an actual phobia. I couldn't believe that other people did the same things that I did. I have looked for it also but couldn't find it.

VERY good advice. Seeing your own behavior may help you realize how extreme it is. This helped me alot.
