I am trying to lose weight, I seem to have somehow magically gained 15 pounds since I started this new bc pill. I have SUCH a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym, especially when it is so cold and dark outside. I need to go right now, but what am I doing instead? You got it, lurking around these boards. Grrr, I know this is terrible, but sometimes I think about stopping taking my meds so i can get the anxiety back and not be able to eat. So twisted!!!

    Hey there

Well there is always finding a buddy to go to the gym with, finding a bit of motovation from someone or just to chat to while your there something to look forward to.

I find it hard to get motivated for any kind of "gym" work out.

although going swimming can be fun, and yup all the chloriene kills the germs in the pool,I find it can be relaxing as well as working out you leave feeling refresing.

Then theres the trying to just eat really healthily with some power walking on the side going to places where you like good views ect!

hey i kno all about not bein motivated enough to go to the gym but ya gotta do wat ya gotta do. i kno its hard to hull ur ass in the gym or even go out running but its one of those things ya gotta make up ur mind 2 do. even if ya cant go to the gym at least go walking or jogging outside even though its cold it will def help the lung capacity! and if ya cant get outside try running some steps or work on some boxing workouts indoors boxing and martial arts are both great fat burners!

Thanks guys. I forced myself to go and of course I feel good. It's just hard to remember that feeling the next time you need to get off your butt to go. I can't wait until it warms up so I can go ride my bike, play tennis, go jogging, etc.
