Hi all,
I have my own "help- I'm scared!" post tonight. This morning I got up a little early as I had work to finish at the last minute for one of my grad classes. I ate an apple, a cereal bar, and had some cranberry juice and went to class. After the 3-hour class I drove across town and did my workout for an hour. During the workout I had kind of stomach pains- somewhat middle-low, but I forced myself to do the whole workout. Afterward I was *very* hot and sweaty and only drank a little water before going to work all evening. At work I felt flushed and my stomach hurt some- not like cramping, but small, kind of sharp pains in the middle of my stomach. I called my bf on the way home and he said he was feeling pretty bad (Oh no! I can barely handle it when he's not okay). Took my temp when I got home tonight- 98.9 F. Hadn't eaten since this morning and ate a big salad and plate of pasta with a glass of water. Still felt a little flushed. Took temp- 98.6 F. Bf is okay now, just tired and has a headache. I'm still a little red in the face but keep worrying that it's some illness coming on. Also, I keep thinking things like, spring season is not over, summer feels safe but it is still weeks away, and I feel like I'm more likely to catch something this time of year...and then I start thinking I'm afraid *because* I have some kind of sixth sense that knows it's coming on or will soon, and my fear is the warning system and it can't be stopped....I HATE THIS!!!!!
Any idea if being flushed like that could be a bad sign, or if I just got dehydrated? I feel dumb asking, but it's better than worrying myself into a panic alone.
