My daughter had a field trip today. There is a little boy in her class who was absent Monday and yesterday for sv with high fever. So what does his ding-dong of a mother do? She sends him to school today. I saw her taking him to school and he looked terrible. She noticed me walking my daughter to the bus and decided to tell me how sick he is BUT she does not want him to miss the trip. Bad move to share this with me because I am the SV Nazi. So I went into my bells and whistles speech. So what does she do? Sheturns this on moi. She asked me whoI thought I was "butting into her business?" (Little does she know I am the reigningQueen of telling off stupid parents when they send v** kids to school) How dare I suggest he miss the trip to the museum just for a little v*** So then I reminded her that she was the one who told me how sick he was and by the looks of him, her assessment was right on the mark. Anyway, she dropped him off at the bus and off they went on the trip, sick kid and all. I was unable to intervene.

On the way back to our cars, I walked up to her and ......well..... I don't really want to share the conversation, because small children and ladies may be reading this post. Let's just say, she may not do this again. I asked her how horrible her little boy must feel riding on a jostling bus while so sick, how embarrased he will be if he v*** during the trip and maybe this trip won't be such a fond memory. She then said "You know its usually about me and my schedule, I never really thought how he must feel." With that I had to walk away and put myself back in my car and go home. My kids need a mom whose at home, not someone whose serving time in jail for assault. - ggrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
