Hi, I used to post in this forum years ago but I stopped because I tried to forget about my emet. I've been doing great recently, travelling, going out, and have a great job I love but I think I've realised that I'm only really bad with emet when I'm faced with it which thankfully isn't that often. But in the past couple of weeks all I've been hearing is about bugs going around and people being ill.

But there's one person in particular that is worrying me. I work with her 4 days a week, we were together last Friday, Saturday and Sunday. She was fine. Then I spoke to her on MSN on Monday morning and she said she had been sick all night. (This girl is CONSTANTLY ill, I've never met anyone like her so I don't really worry that much). But she said she had reheated a curry from a carry out shop that had been in the freezer for weeks, but hadn't reheated it right. So this was Monday and I wasn't that bothered. We had a meeting on Wednesday. I spoke to her on Wednesday morning and she said she was still sick and it was a bug. I told her to stay at home if she wasn't well but she said "nah it'll do me good to get out of the house". I was FURIOUS. She knows she's ill but is willing to come and spread it around the rest of us. I found out no-one else in her house was ill and she's the only one who had the curry. So at the meeting she was sitting going "Oh just shoot me now...." Then I had to spend all day Thursday with her (she was moaning as usual about how ill she was) and last night, but she seemed much better last night. I'm just really worried that it's a bug and I've caught it off her.

Even though I know it was probably the curry, I'm petrified. There's no way I can avoid it now. Sorry for rambling guys, just looking for someone to tell me I'm OK!!

im sure you'll be fine if it was the curry, just make sure you don't eat any of it lol. but just in case she is sick, do the usual handwashing, not touching face and mouth, etc, etc. and im sure you'll be completly fine

try not to worrry tooooo much (i know, easier said than done). have a very good weekend
