For any of you that care (I can think of a few) my sister decided NOT to tell my parents that I drove the car illegally. Thank GOD. I"m lucky that it was her and not my other sister that found out. I talked to my dad yesterday and he didn't seem to know anything about it, so then later that night when my sis got online I asked her why she hadn't told him and she said she wouldn't tell him as long as I promised never to pull that crap again. But I'm wondering, should I tell my parents ANYWAY? Or should I just let it go? Any suggestions would be apprciated.

I think it depends on you rmorals...if this is something that will eat away at you, then tell them...if it is something you think you learned your lesson from, then the call is in your hands...I know i did stupid things when i was younger ( teenager ) an dtold my parents later ( 23 now ) and we can laugh about it, but i had to tell them caus ei felt guilty, but by th etime i told them it was too late for them to be mad...it really is up to you an dyour personal morals i think.

Hmmmm........this is a tough one. Telling your dad would clear your conscious, and allow you to do it on your own terms (instead of someone else telling him and possibly distorting the story). However, it could result in repercussions (punishment of some sort, restrictions, etc.). It's a hard decision, because either way there are negative repercussions.

Is it possible that you can maybe talk to your parents about getting your license again, or do the necessary tests yourself? That way, you can avoid situations like this in the future, because you would be legal.

Good luck no matter what you choose- if your conscience is heavy, then definitely unload. If you trust your sister and know not to do such a thing again, you may think it prudent not to tell. It's hard!
