I know strep can cause vomiting. So he very well could have this.

Stepcause a fever and has other symptoms...if he is not complaining of anything else espically today, then i think it was the junk he ate. Strep only gets worse if it goes untreated, and if he is feeling better than no way can it be step. Step is abacteria not a virus so it needs antibiotics to work.
