Yes I agree with MarieB, try to distract yourself and calm down. Stop focussing on how you're feeling and also try to stop analysing every odd sensation or pain that you feel. As soon as you start analysing and thinking the worst, you are setting your body up/triggering your bodyto panic and to respond to it.
What evidence do you have that the burrito you ate was bad? Did it taste funny? Did it look odd? If you have no other evidence other than the pain in your stomach, how do you know you've got FP? Its most likely just gas or maybe the beef was a bit too rich or spicy.. something like that!
