hey amber....yes I am better from the throat thing I am now having a bad migraine week. sorry I haven't got back to you. I have been a busy bee this week Emma was out of school all week.

Just glad that the throat thing is better....and hope that your migraine week will soon come to an end! Perhaps it is somehow related to Emma being out of school.....4 years olds seem to produce a lot of noise!

I was in a bad car accident 6 months ago...and I have 2 herniated disk in my neck one of which is buldging more to the right side and rubbing the nerve. I started taking some new meds this week for migraines, but so far nothing. I might be getting my period too. I never know when I am getting it.

Hopefully they'll start working, or your doc will prescribe something else. It sucks when you know why something hurts, but can't do anything about it!

I know b/c the next option is an epidural injection and if their is one thing I hate as much as v* it is the word epidural...mind you I am not afraid of needles...just bad experience w/ the epidural(I can barely type the word w/ out falling out of my chair).
