Hey, im sorry your feeling like this, ok first thing to do is breath calmly, in through the nose and out through the mouth. Also if you have a paper bag breath into that. Once you feel more stable, may be have some tea and sit quitly or watch tv to calm yourself down. Maybe steping outside for some air also may help. I hope your ok, try and stay calm.

    xx
    TEA!! IS AMAZING!!

O.ktry and keep still. Deep breaths in hold it and out again. It will pass. Nothing bad is going to happen. Concentrate on something. Where was your favourite holiday, do you remember it, was it nice and hot. Think about how nice it was.

You will be fine very soon. Carol

    Fifi,

Are you doing better now? I'm just "recovering" from a panic attack myself.

Thank you all for your advise. I am only tablets for this. I hate having them. My head went all light and my throat all dry and my heart was beating so fast. I have just drank lots of water and my hubby cooked me some steak. I do feel a bit better now. I dont know why i keep getting these, i have had them for a long time. I have had ecg and heart monitors.

I feel very tired after this. Do all of you feel like this when it happens?

I'm glad you're feeling better. Can relate about the tired thing. I usually go to sleep after mine. Usually mine are at night.
