Okay so I'm totally excited because me and my boyfriend decided to
go to Hawaii to celebrate our one year anniversary... I'm really
excited until I remember about the plane...germs germs germs!
Breathing recycled air. I was nervous about feeling sick on the plane,
and then my bf told me that people v* in white bags all the time
because of air sickness...i will freak. what if it isn't just that and its
because the are sick and couldn't miss the flight. i know i can take
zinc and airbourn and ginger to help keep me calm but if someone
gets sick i will freak out. Please any advice...he siad it will be a 3 to 4
hour flight. What can I take to keep me safe? Have anyone you know
or you get v* sick from the plane? Or any sickness at all from the
recycled air? I really want to go but this scares the s*** out of me...I
dont knwo if I can do it.... HELP Any advice would be helpful. I'm
really freaked out, and its like four months away but i already have
    anxiety.
    I love Sam

wow! I'm completely jealous! I went for a place ride for the first time a year ago, and it was so exciting. Take off was fun, kind of like an amusement park ride. I never saw anyone be sick on the plane, the turbulance did get a bit bumpy, but it wasn't bad. I took a gravol before we left because I wasn't sure how I would react to the plane ride, but I wouldn't have needed it afterall.

I would love to go on a plane ride, that was *almost* the best part of my trip. Think about how much fun you'll have They may offer you tea and cookies ( they did on my flight), and I found the tea helped calm me down alot - and It was better to have food in my tummy.

    have fun and don't worry!

Hey no worries!!! I fly all the time and honestly I've NEVER seen ANYONE v* in the air sick bags.

I've also NEVER gotten sick from breathing the recycled air on the
plane and like I said I fly all the time (I'm a huge traveler!!).
Take some ginger and bring a book, watch the movie, etc. to try and
take your mind off the flight. 3-4 hours is super short and
you'll be on the ground before you know it!!!
