Hey Guys,

I was just reading the thread called 'Who are you?' and I noticed that the last post was on the 18th August 2004.

I know that a lot of you that posted THEN are still using IES so I thought it would be a cool idea to see 'who you are' now and what you're doing, and of course what progress you've all made with your Emet. It will be interesting to see how your lives have changed in almost 2 years!!

I wasn't lucky enough to have found this site in 2004, so will post about myself for the first time now.

Well as you can see my name is Kim, i'm 25 (26 on 18th May) and I live in London.

I am originally from Cape Town in South Africa, and I moved over to the UK 2 days after my 21st birthday in 2001.

I finished school in 1998 and did one year of Hotel Management at college, but changed my mind about it as a career. Since then I have done a secretarial course and was a PA/Office managerfor 2 different companies over the past 2.5 years.

An interesting thing is that the last company I worked for was called Outer Sanctum and its Ronnie Wood's (guitarist for Rolling Stones) company - well one of many. It was really cool working there, I got to know his daughter - Leah Wood, and his other kids too - his step son Jamie was my boss! I got to go to 2 Anastacia concerts for free and met some cool celebrities too! Unfortunately I got fired from that job last August for extending my holiday to Cape Town (my boyfriend was V*ing non-stop the day we were due to fly home) and since then I haven't been working really. I just do some modelling/photo shoots from home now. . mainly because of my emet and I don't have theconfidence to try and get another job!

I've been with Dale, my boyfriend, for 2 years in July. He is a soldier in the British army, but has signed out and will be leaving in August this year. We are planning to go and live with my parents (oh-oh) in Cape Town for 6 months. I also have 1 'real' brother, 1 half-brother and 2 half-sisters. One of my sisters is gay and the other is divorced with 2 kids.

I would love to be able to do a job working outdoors with animals.. in a zoo or animal park or something, or even for the RSPCA and am hoping to study something in Cape Town to allow me to do this.

I am also undergoing CBT for my Emet, and it is helping, slowly but surely!

I think thats enough about me for now, so will boegger off and give someone else a chance!

Oh crap I feel like an idiot now - I didn't realise that there were 8 pages on that thread about Who are you? And that it does actually go up to this month/year!

You guys can ignore my new post in that case - sorrrryyy!!!!

Is there anyway anyone could move my post to that page? Or should I cut and paste it or something??

    Thanks..
