I feel sort of light headed\dizzy right now. It has been going on for about an hour now. I have eaten and am drinking water. Do you think it's anything to be worried about? (v*realted?)

    Thanks

Are you moving around to quickly? That is usually a sign from your body saying to slow down.

No, but I've been really tired the past couple of days. I was painting all weekend, and it really took alot out of me. The paint fumes are gone, so it's not that. My eyes are burining a little bit to.

I'd suggest lying down. It's light headedness right? not vertigo? If you're lightheaded, just relax, move slowly and lie down.

It could be an inner ear infection or allergies causing sinus or ear problems. I recently developed allergies, and my ears are filled with fluid causing me to feel lightheaded.

Sorry about that, I feel better now. Thanks guys. I get really freaked out when I feel like that. I panic because it happens so rarely, and I really don't know what causes it or how to get rid of it, whereas, if I had a stomach ache or indigestion, I know how to fix it.

Could definately be the paint fumes, open some windows, may take a few days to dissipate. Kim
