Phenergan and children

Did anyone else see the article in USA Today about the dangers of
Phenergan? I didn't get to see the actual article, but told my hubby to
save it for me. It said Phenergan should never be given to children under
2 years old because of the numbers of death occurrences. It also said
children of all ages should not be given Phenergan except under close
doctor care because of the dangers.
