Welp I've heard real good things about it on this board, so I figured I'd give it a try for my IBS. Those of you who do use it, when did you notice a change, and what was the change? I have rather mild IBS (acts up here and there, and especially when I am stressed or on trips, but not real bad), but it would be nice to be normal again, and not have to dread trips.

A big question, can you use it with Imm AD? I don't take Imm AD a lot, only for emergencies, but I was wondering if any of you were told by your doc or anything. I should probably just ask my own doc about it, but was curious if you heard anything bad about Digestive Advantage and Imm AD taken at the same time.

Thanks! I think I will start this weekend (on off days from work), so if I blow up or something it won't be at work or anything.

I am starting it this weekend, too! Let's use this thread to share experiences, etc. with the stuff! I plan on buying some tonight and starting tomorrow morning! I'd like to hear about ImmAD, too, as I use that once in awhile, as well.

    Hey Galadriel -

Not really sure if you can use the Immodium with it or not, but don't think you'll need the Immodium anymore once you start. I actually started feeling the difference in about 3 days. Felt great after a week. It's now been almost 2 months since I started and my only regret is not knowing about it sooner!

Good luck to all those starting with it this weekend!!

You guys, I don't think i would take it with immodium.....i mean i think it would cause you to be severely constipated.....i don't know this for sure...but honestly immodium really really makes me constipated for about 3 days and then i have the most major blow out in the world.....now the DA/IBS does take some people maybe a week to really start working well, some people it doens't take that long.....i really cant' remember with me, cause i started over a year ago....but give it a week at least. If you happen to have an episode of d while you are on da for the first then i guess maybe you could try the immodium with it....but i think i might ask a pharmicist about it first...you don't want to do something that might hurt you......good luck you all....i am so excited that you are going to try the da/ibs.........I really think as long as you stay on the da/ibs for a steady time, then if you still need alittl extra help on occasion, i think the imm. would be fine. Let me know what happens for you all.

    Thanks for hte replies!!

Heh Excellent Mary! We'll find out together about it.

Those of you who do use it, did you have IBS real bad, or just sometimes it would act up? Have you had an attack of it since you started using DA-IBS?

I will have to ask about the Imm AD, I too get clogged up by it for a couple days, but maybe the DA-IBS will make it so I don't need it.

I have had IBS for over 20 yrs...and in it's prime, it was horrendus...it fluctuates monthly how bad it is...sometimes i don't have it at all...but always when it's time for my period it's always bad no matter what....even the da/ibs doesn't work sometimes when i am on my period.

Hmm, do you think the less bad your IBS is the better DA-IBS has of working? My guts tend to go kind of nuts on my period as well.

Hi All, I would be interested in how you all made out with the Dig. Adv. I have IBS with constipation only and I saw one for that also but haven't tried it. What are the ingredients??? Thanks</font>
