For the past two hours I have felt horrible. It started with me just having to go to the bathroom, but then my stomach started cramping really bad and I felt terrible. I was at work when it started, and had just about gotten back to my desk when it hit me again. I had to go 3 times at work in about a half hour period before I thought I might be able to make the 15 drive home. I was almost home when it hit me again so I sped home and flew in the house and up to the bathroom. The first time I went it was kind of loose, but no d*. Since then I have had some d* but mainly just horrible cramping. I feel like I might not make it to the bathroom but when I sit down barely anything comes (sorry, TMI). After 2 hours I am still having the same problems, but it comes at about 15 - 20 minute intervals. I am a little n*, but I'm not sure if it is from nerves or what. I also ate a frozen dinner for lunch at work and this particular one always gives me some indigestion (but it is so good!) so my n* could be from that.

Really, what I am experiencing are my classic IBS symptoms. I wouldn't think twice about it if it weren't for the fact that 1) the sv is going around at work and 2) I haven't had an IBS attack in forever. The episodes I have had have been very mild compared to this. Maybe just a couple times in the bathroom, but nothing like this.

So, do you think it is just my IBS? If it were a sv, would I know it by now (2 hours into it)? I feel okay in between episodes other than the n*/indigestion, and that has just gotten worse in the past half hour or so, probably because I am worrying about it. I hate feeling like this. I need to cook dinner because my dad came over, but I just feel awful!

From what I have read in your other posts about your coworkers at work, you are more than likely anxious and experiencing your IBS. Plus you are pregnant and near the end it seems like the bowels get all funky and change. I know mine have.

It's now been almost 2 hours since my last episode. I'm hoping it's over now. I cooked dinner for my dad and husband and even though it looked really good and I have been craving Mexican food for days, I had to pass until I know I am feeling better. Even if it is just IBS, I don't want to throw myself back into that pain again.

Madisonsmom- I hope it isn't going to be like this for the rest of the pregnancy! It is probably self induced because I haven't been eating as well as I was nor have I been drinking enough water. I think I have been constipated for a while now too, so this was probably just to clean out my system. Maybe it's to get me ready for the pain of labor.
