why?

i have a huge gig with my band tomorrow nite


now i normally get very nervous before these gigs...i have to crap like 5-6 times before them..but that is usually the day og the gig not the day b4


now granted i did not really go to the bathroom yesterday just once very small...but i have gone 3 times already in the space of 4.5 hours and i know im gonna go again..its not the runs but not normal either





and two people at my work are sick...now i dont think its a sv..one lady has a fever and swollen glands and the other person has a nasty cough (he went home sick)


i am freaking out im getting sick

I'm sure your nerves are just getting the better of you today. Stress can be such a big factor in how you feel physically. I'm sure you'll be ok.

I get that way sometimes before I have to perform too. It is like my body is "ridding itself" of extra weight or something - I dunno. It sure can be funny when it happens, yet very unnerving. I have actually heard of other performers having it happen to them too.
