Woah n*!!!!

Well for the past 2 days i've had severe n*, it won't go away. My diets still at 4 bits of toast without butter[img]smileys/smilies_12.gif[/img]and 4 biscuits, which im guessing has something to do with it, but im not sure if its where i hit my head as my eye looks really weird?? its like swallon and keeps shutting, but its making me feel really n* in my throat..weird. Does anyone else randomly get n* for days on end and not no the cause??

A bump to the head can make you n*. But I'm betting it's that you're not getting enough to eat. You need to get some protein in your diet. I know times where I have lived on carbs and sugar, I usually feel n* more than when I eat right. How about a protein drink?

Hey Ruth,

A bump to the head can cause n*, amybe thats something you should get checked out as there may be a little bit of swelling that they can help with, which in turn might help with the n*.

Although, with your diet at the moment being so little and repetative at the moment,that may also be causeing it, and the stomach acid + wind.
