    Hey,

Im having an awful night tonight, cant sleep and feel VERY n*, I dont know whats wrong,I can feel some wind I think well I hope it is moving around and I feel a gag in my throat.

Im hoping this is anxiety, but I dont know whats going on, I went to sneeze and couldnt because I felt so n* very random and uncomfortable actually..

My panic and anxiety attacks have been so bad recently that Im begining to hyperventalte (sp?) I dont have any paper bags in the house to help either so I just have to ride it through

I think I have a cold/ ear infecdtion one or the other, as im very dizzy and feeling n* because of that as well..

All i want to do is just curl up in a ball and pass on

No hun, don't say that! This kind of thing happens. You are worrying yourself too much. Do you think you are thinking rationally right now? Is there any reason for you to really be sick? Ear infections do not mean V*, for sure. It varies between people.

I think you should go open a window and get some fresh air, read a book, maybe turn on the telly. Force yourself to think of other things. Maybe even call someone up?

If you'd like I can go into the chat room for a few moments. Get well!

I'm telling you, you are absolutely fine! A lot of this is simply mind over matter. Think positively, think that you won't be ill, think that this is just a minor discomfort that will soon pass, and it will. Chin up! We all know where you are coming from. Deep breaths. she's right, you're going to be fine, i promise. you may have n inner ear infection, which could make you feel dizzy & that can make you n* buti promise you, you won't v* from it. just relax, watch a movie, read, do something to keep yourself busy & distracted, okay?

sounds just like a sinus infection to me, too! Try to celebrate the fact
that it is a sinus mess, and not anything having to do with v*!!!! No sv*,
etc. You will be just fine! Get some rest and be excited for a crummy
    cold!!!!!!
