I haven't, but a while back I was going to be a part of a blind study for my tummy problems. One of the tests they were going to perform was this test your talking about. I asked many questions about nausea and was told that they haven't ever had a problem with people getting nausiated from the drink. They also assured me by telling me that if I needed to take an anti emetic for the series of tests, they would give me one. (I explained my phobia to them in great detail). End result was that I backed out of the test because I realized that they would be using me as a guinea pig for medication. No thanks.
Go for it, though and don't worry. I had a friend with h. pylori and after treatment he feels much better. Not to mention, if left untreated, it can lead to cancers of the digestive system. Not something ya wanna mess with.

I've done quite a few tests for my stomach where I either had to eat something or drink something and the only one that almost made me sick was the Barium test. But I was tested for H. Pylori and I don't even REMEMBER the test they did for that so it can't be too bad...as Kate1966 said. I think you'll be fine.
