This happens to me quite a bit, when I'm in the stage between being still awake, and falling asleep, I sometimes feel like I'm about to retch. I don't know what causes this, or if it's just in my head. When this happens, I wake up instantly, and my heart beats like crazy. Does this happen to anyone else? It's so scary!!!
