Hi, well I just thought if anyone could help me who has experienced a stmach virus because I have honestly never had one in my life so I'm noy sure if I've got one now.

on wednesday nite I went to the cinema and I was very nervous as I always am when going into a public place and was panicky and felt really sick but thats usual when I got home it continued till I went to bed now normally if i'm in my own house i'm ok so that freaked me out a little. I woke up yesterday morning feeling really sick and felt sick all day yesterday sometimes to the point where i actually wanted to throw up-but I didn't! I have woke up this morning feeling a little bit sick but not as bad. What do you think this is? My mums saying it's all in my mind as I am eating normal (like a full english breakfast and a McDonalds yesterday!) and I just don't seem ill in any other way. Any suggestions?? Please help!! thanks x x x

Hey, sorry to hear your feeling sick. Have you had any other things?? like stomach aches or anything, and do you still have your appetite?? im sure when you get a sv you lose your appetite and have d*, but if your just feeling sick and can face mcdonalds, i wouldn't have said it sounds like a sv. Hope you feel better soon.

nah i dont think you had a sv* at all! i think its just the anxiety,
just because you've come out of the place ur a bit nervy around doesnt
mean it'll all just go away! sv* kick in pretty quickly. it wouldnt
take 3 days to v*/d* so i wouldnt worry! just relax and try and take ur
mind off things!

Does your tummy hurt...like tighten up and then loosen up? When are you due for your period? I feel like that the week before my period and the week of my period.

I think the combination of the full English andMcDonald'sis the main culprit. That's a LOT of grease!!

Ive been feeling like that too! I hate it!
Taking a sabbatical from IES, moving on, and making concrete changes to live my life without fear.
Friends know where to reach me.
So long, and thanks for all the fish.

You now it could be gas related too! Sometimes, when I get anxious I feel nauseated and it turns out that i have gas pressure that needs to be released. But I don't think it's a SV.

Hope you feel better!!
