Some tips i found from a website. Most of them you will know, but i thought making one page with a list of them on would be easier to read.

If you feel nauseous a lot of time tips of what to eat and do -

    - small, frequent meals instead of three large meals
    a day

    - eat slowly and chew food well

    - have dry toast and crackers

    - foods that are salty

    - Stick to a blad diet if it helps such as toast, crackers, banana's, rice, also honey can help, dry cereals, gelatins and light soups.

Things to avoid are hot, spicy, or greasy foods, cooking meals that have strong odors because this
    can increase nausea.

If you feel nauseous take small deep breathes through your mouth and through your nose, also open a window and get fresh air. Try ginger tea, ginger ale or ginger biscuits., Peppermint tea, Try sea bands. There is also anti-emetics, but if you don't want medication inside your body and would rather do it by taking natrual remedies.

    TEA!! IS AMAZING!!
    indeed it is! :]
