Interesting. I've come across several people on other boards (non emet related ones), and I usually direct them here.

Me too. I have seen people on other medical boards, and medication review boards. Good idea to point them here.

I am subscribed to a ghost newsgroup and the other day we were discussing our favourite horror/scary movies. Somebody said that they couldn't stand it when v* scenes were in a movie and that they wanted to see a new horror film that was out but had heard there was a few v* scenes in it so would have to give it a miss. An emetephobe I'm sure!

Isn't it great when you find other emets?? I frequent a video game forum (because I'm geeky like that!!) and in the general discussion area we were talking about illness. All these people piped up and started proclaiming that they hadn't v*d in x amount of years, and how much they hate it and all that - it put such a smile on my face. Emet is even more common than we think!

    Thanks for the link, Babydoll!

I have been a member of healthboards for a while and I always chime in on the emet threads. The thing I hate about those boards is you can't have any off board contact whatsoever and you can't mention other web sites, so I can't ever tell those people to come to this web site.

lol not to be too personal or anything.. but what video game forum? I used to go to this one allll the time.. I haven't been in awhile, but it is a pretty big forum and I still find myself wonderingif I'll ever meet anyone who goes to that site in another place (the forum was the nintendo nsider forums).
