You've been very anxious for a very long time though right? Do you have any idea the amount of pressure that puts your body under. Having the adreniline pumping/ready for danger feeling for long periods can leave you so drained and completely exhausted. Especially when you are just starting to regulate sleeping and the stress of moving and everyday life. It's no wonder you are tired.
