My reccomendation would be to go see your gp, being tired that much can't be goood and it could have some underlying cause like diabetes? In the meantime I would relax as much as possible, take an hour or so just to chill out and watch tv or something.

I also agree, it seems your feeling like this quite a bit and for some time, so maybe it would be best to go get checked at the doctors?? hope your feeling a little better, its good that your trying to eat and stay healthy as much as possible though, feel better.

You've been very anxious for a very long time though right? Do you have any idea the amount of pressure that puts your body under. Having the adreniline pumping/ready for danger feeling for long periods can leave you so drained and completely exhausted. Especially when you are just starting to regulate sleeping and the stress of moving and everyday life. It's no wonder you are tired. Just sleep as much as you can, rest as often as you can and try and take an hour a day to relax. Feel better soon honey
Be courageous, believe in yourself, and be the best woman you can be. I'm with you all the way.

Hi Violet, I also think you should check with your doc. Maybe some blood work also, could be anemia, thyroid, etc. Stress will do it too. I try to nap every day if I can (hard with young kids). It is sort of an escape from the thinking and stress, and it helps me stay more rested. Also, try to eat a balanced diet. Hope you are better...........</font>
