Ok, so I start my vacation tomorrow...and today, about 630ish..my son complains of a tummy ache. He is literally bent over holding his tummy. So, he comes in the house, and wants to go to the bathroom, has a bit of an accident, some d* in his undies...of course those went into the garabage. He said while he was sitting on the toilet, he didn't want to push the poop out cause he was afraid he would v*. He did have d*, and after he was done, he said he felt better, and continued to play with his cousin, climb the tree, run around, play soccer...he only ate 1 hotdog for dinner, but just ate 2 string cheese. He says his tummy doesn't hurt.

Do you think I have anything to worry about??? This is the last thing that I want on my 10 day vacation. It has been about 2 hours since he last complained of anything.

Kids have d* pretty easily, I have discovered. Has he eaten anything rich, or unusual? If he's got an appetite, I wouldn't worry much.

Did he eat the hot dog before he d*? If so, and he was outside running around and playing, it's very possible he just got a cramp from the combination of plating w/hot dog in his stomach. My guess is that he will probably be ok.

Any fresh fruit or juice today? That always seems to get my kids. How
old is he? I'd be surprised if it was anything more.

Try not to worry, although, I know that is a lot easier said, than done!

Tyler is 6. He did get d* after he ate the hot dog. They were swimming prior to dinner. No fruit, nothing rich; was at a bday party today, and just ate cake. I don't know..this is all I need right now!

I would say that the b-day party, (just eating cake) and swimming,
(possibly swallowing some extra water) is most likely the issue. My kids
always seem to get d* from swimming a lot!

I think that I would try to rest easy! Look at this as the only worry that
you will have for your vacation and it is already out of the way!

If you want to chat, I can head to the chat room!

It really does sound like he may have just gotten a cramp. How is he now?

Well, it is 9am here, and he is good. Slept sound through the night, says he felt great. He said he felt great last night after he pooped. But still, you know how that doesn't really settle well with us! Thanks for helping me!

Thanks daff! My son went to a bday party today, at Chuck E Cheese, and he complained of his tummy hurting him when I picked him up. He did go #2, and it was hard!! YIPPIE! Then, tonight for dinner, he said his tummy hurt too. He said both times he drank too much juice or soda. I don't know what his deal is...normally his tummy is pretty strong.
