    i came on here last night and explanined my symptoms to people and they said it was just heartburn, so ended up going back to sleep this mornign i woke up andi dont feel like i did last night i feel a little hungry and ok
    The only problem is i ususally take Stemetil every day and now i have run out and i wont get any for a couple of days.. and im scared i might be sick before then ... what am i sposed to do?
    i really dont wanna get sick at all but especially not before the stemetil arrives!!

    If you do happen to feel nauseous try a few natural remedies like peppermint tea or sucking on a ginger sweet. Or apply acupressure to the point inside of the wrists, three finger widths above the first wrist crease and in the middle of the two tendons. Sometimes what works for me is visualisation. If I feel nauesous I lie on the bed, close my eyes and imagine scooping the nauseous feelings out of my body andthenincinerating them. Online there is a doctor that recommends this: "Picture your nausea as having any size, shape or color. Then transform it into a liquid that flows down one of your legs, out the bottom of your foot, across the room and out your front door. Watch it as it continues down your street and disappears miles away."


    If you do happen to feel nauseous it's probably just anxiety nausea because of worrying about not having your stemetil at hand. Try and practice relaxation exercises andpositive thinking.

    Thanks a lot for the advice... im glad someone is here to make me feel better, today i havent been feelin sick but my stomach has been off but i have still felt hungry and everythign does it sound like anxiety?? thanks a lot xx

    Yes, I bet it is anxiety. Make sure you eat something as getting over hungry can make you feel queasy. Keep the food light if you are worried or have foods that are easy on the stomach. Set aside some quality 'you' time too, where you can have a relaxing bath (try putting a few drops of lavender oil in your bathwater) and lay out on your bed, light a few candles*and practice deep breathing and positive visualisation. Relaxation tapes help too, if you have any.
