sort of scared

My parents and I are going on vacation next week to Cooperstown, NY to see the baseball museum and other sites.

I'm quite scared of the drive there. I do not know if its like hills
like a rollercoaster...those bother me the most. Highways I'm fine with
and turns. I'm just...I don't know, what to say, I'm scared...but
just..I wish I knew what the roads were like.

I hate crazy roads too! I don't know what my deal is, but certain cars.. if they have really smooth acceleration, that give me motion sickness. I don't understand it! It's only certain cars!

I think you'll be fine. Take some music with you, and close you eyes and try to zone out while breathing deep. Look at objects that are far away gets rid of m.sickness too, like looking at clouds or houses off on the horizon. It always helps me.

You could pick up some Dramamine or Bonine. Those are supposed to be good for motion sickness. And fresh air definitely helps.
