I havn't felt this n* for a while. I have eaten all my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had some toast for dinner as it was around that time i started to feel more n*, but knew if i didn't try eat something, i will then start to go back into my old thoughts. My mum thinks its the heat. Its been very hot in england, and we're not used to the heat, i have drank tea, but is that more dehydrating?..i feel n*, have a headache, feel weak, my muscle's ache, i also feel dizzy and just not 'right' if that makes sense, i just feel really hot, i also went woke up at about 4.50am this morning, so it could be because im tired to, i have my anti-emetics, but i trying not tuse them all the time, but i don't know in this case as i feel really n*, can heat do this much to you?..

I know that for us emets,...it comforts us to rule out what could possibly be making us nauseated or to find the trigger factor so we can possible gain some control over it. Being nauseated sets off our anxitey levels to such abnormal amounts and not being in control sets the ball rolling,....or for me anyway

It could bemany of the things you listed making youN**. Heat,...to much caffiene, being overly tired or stressed. I would think it would be ok for you to take your medications if your feeling this way, thats whatthey are there for,...to treat your symptoms.....I recently sort of came outof the closet so to speak about the medications I have taken since I was 17,...Im 35 now....married with a family and a career,...thanks to the medications.....its ok!,...to take them.

    Feel Better,...

Take the meds. You have made so much progress lately, don't feel bad for using a med to help you when you are n*. I hope you feel better soon!

Hey, thanks for the replies, i went for a walk to see if gettingsome air would help, but it just made me even more dizzy, so i've been drinking lots of liquid. Yeah i think i will take my medication as i don't want this to put me off eating, thanks for the advice.

The food won't of made you feel funny. Take that negative thought put it on the floor and jump on it All sorts of things could make you feel oddlike anxiety heat and tiredness. I just want to say that alcohol tea and coffee need to be avoided in the heat, you need to drink water or squash. We need water in our bodies. Thats what they are saying on T.V.

Yeah I doubt it was the food either, I get a bit dizzy/light-headed in this weather too, its an awful heat, I hate it. Its just so constant and we cant get away from it!! Cloughie is right you should drink lots of liquids, but do try to steer clear of tea with caffeine in it.. maybe try herbal teas as they will still hydrate you as they are mainly water anyway. And if you have a herbal one like ginger or peppermint tea it may make your stomach feel better or a camomile one may relax you! Your blood sugar may be low too so maybe the lemonade is a good idea anyway.

Hope you feel better soon Ruth!
