Hey, im sorry about this. How is you b/f, did he still have the d*?..It could be a lot of reasons, the pizza, an upset stomach, anything. Try to keep yourself hydrated make sure you drink water and also if your stomach is still feeling off, maybe stick to the brat diet maybe untill it settles down, how are you feeling at the moment? hope you feel better.

its possible you both had a bit of a bug. a lot of bugs consist only of diarrhea and no vomiting so try not to stress. it sounds like its over with now anyway =)

Your BF could have had D* for any number of reasons, stress, food intolerance, just no reason at all. It's most likely that on hearing this you got anxious and that's when you woke up with the D* too. I really highly doubt it was a bug or the food. Hope you feel better soon.

There is only me and my bf that has had diareah in the house my mum and dad havent (GRAPHIC) and im not meanin to sound horrible but it isnt pure water or anything its not watery its just not hard... so i thought with a tummy bug it was like water ?

You said your BF had D* a day or so ago right? And he hasn't V* yet and feels fine so more than likely he won't, whatever was wrong with him. On hearing this your anxiety started to go and that causes D*. I always get D* if I've heard about a stomach bug. It just doesn't fit the symptoms of anything and you both feel fine so don't create symptoms.

If he hasn't thrown up and you weren't feeling sick or anything else til he mentioned it I'd bet anything it's anxiety that is causing your stomach issue. I'd be really suprised if it was a bug and even if it was (which I doubt) it's passed now so no need to worry.

It's probably the sun. I feel crummy when I get too much sun. Try to relax. Stay hydrated, and do something distracting to take your mind off it.

This past week, both my kids had d* about 3 times each. Still were playing fine and eating fine. Sometimes this is just your bodies way of cleaning you out. And your not even sick.

Me and my boyfriend both got d* at about the same time a few weeks ago- he had it all through one Friday night and I had it a couple of times on the followingSunday afternoon. I was worried as I'm pregnant and I was afraid if I had food poisoning something would happen to the baby, but I only had to go to the toilet about 3 times and was fine after that so it couldn't have been serious, and everything seems to be fine with the baby. I don't know if it was a bug - we had had lunch as a delicatessan on the Thursday before so I'm wondering if there was something in what we ate (Feta Cheese salad baguettes). But we were both fine, no v*, thank God. I can just about cope with d* - its v* that I can't take.

Glad you are feeling better. I agree with hippychick: Sometimes we have d* for no reason at all. It always makes me panic, and that doesn't help.

    Keep feeling good!!!
