I just wanted to say that I am proud of all the emets who have traveled recently, or will be traveling soon! It is hard for many of us, and it makes me happy to see that so many of you are overcoming the emet and going on vacation, anyway. Well done![img]smileys/smilies_04.gif[/img]

We holidayed at home this year, but it still involved a ferry crossing with a company that's already had two norovirus outbreaks! So I feel quite proud of myself that we made it. I agree with daffodil - well done everybody, especially those who were/are brave enough to fly!

I flew to Aruna in May and all went well. I was very nervous and scared about it.....but the excitment of going to an island was more than enough to keep my mind off of bad things.....and then we drove 4 hours to the beach for a week 3 weeks ago, and that was fine too, except when my hubby started having stomach trouble and i though i'd have to take him to the emergency room while we were there....luckily it turned out fine, but was veeeeeeeeeeeeery scary. But yeah, my hats off to everyone who has flown or gone on vacation....it's a scary thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
