I don't really know of to many. I would try going to www.psychologytoday.com you can type in your area and it brings up a list of therapists near you. It's hard to find someone thats good for you. I went to this one lady and she was okay but she was just a licensed social worker and she didn't really understand my fear I guess. I would try that website or search for CBT.

Can you offer me any advice about therapists that are good or bad in the area?

I live in parma too actually. It is possible it is food poisoning, I don't really know the differences or how long it takes for that to start or how long it lasts. The last thing I had was a chicken sandwich at mcdonalds on tiedeman. I just assumed it was noro since I heard it was going around. And it sucked, but I'm still alive and almost back to normal! So far my husband hadn't gotten it. If he doesn't by tomorrow I think he is fine. If you just wash your hands before you eat i think you will be ok. This was my mistake, do I don't want you to worry.
