Couldn't agree with you more about the phobia. Read some of your posts and I think for a 12 year old you are very mature and dealing with it very well. My name's Kailyn. I'm twelve years old and struggling with this crippling phobia of vomit. Nobody likes to vomit but for us emetophobics it's different; we live in fear, we constantly obsess, and we constantly worry about having to face vomit whether it's vomiting ourselves our watching our loved ones do it. I'm trying to get better but it seems that whatever I do I just end up going back to square one. My goal is to overcome this phobia by 2012 and be myself again, because I'm beginning to forget who I am.
