Hi ! I'm a new member. It's taken me about 30 years to try and sort this thing out and understand it. I only knew it had a proper name earlier this year!
I'm exhausted living with this phobia and have never felt i had control over myself or my life..it has maybe affected the way my life's gone in deeper ways than i realised. It's sad but true and the time has come to tackle it once and for all. Look forward to reading your posts and sharing experiences. Lisa x
