Bingfan, yes I do. I was just recently diagnosed, and it seems that it was triggered two years ago when I got norovirus. It alternates between IBS-C and IBS-D, its rare now that I have a day when I don't have either one or the other. It's a big adjustment!

Hi, there! I understand that you have IBS. I do, too. It's gotten better over time, but I still have episodes of diarrhea alternating with constipation out of the blue at times. It was at its worst when I was in high school--my senior year was one of the worst years of school that I ever had due to my IBS.
