am in need of advice to anyone out there taking the time and trouble to read this. I am so worried i have a stomach bug as pain in my stomach. My daughter was sick a couple of days ago although she didnt have diarriar and still has a high temperature and complains of stomach ache. She may have caught sun stroke as was playing outside in the sun at her grandparents that day but came home in evening saying she felt sick and was sick through the night into the next day. The doctor said she may have also got a bladder infection but i am not so sure. She has been looked after yesterday by grandparents and they have said they are ok. Is this a stomach bug and what are my chances of catching it as have had bad stomach cramps for the past hour which is unusual for me.

hi, i am a new member but with a very old problem. For me it started as a young child seeing a small boy throwing up and thinking he wasnt ever going to stop being sick and would die. From then, and i am now in my forties, i have had this deep routed phobia. This is my first time on this forum and i am taking comfort in the fact i am not alone with this phobia which is a good start. I start and end my day worrying if i am going to be sick or my child or partner get ill or catch something and bring it home! bugs around school, medication, not eating certain foods, always washing hands. If someone around me gags, i am off down the road with fingers in me ears panicking. I worry if they get something and that will be hard to deal with and on top of that, worry if i am going to get it to so there seems no end to this. Is especially hard having a child you know needs you when they are sick and cant be with them. Anyone reading this, how do you cope on a day to day basis????
