A now adult, Canadian emet. Had this fear my entire life. Am somewhat better, at least to the point where it's very rare for me to take a normal panic attack. Here for some help, and to try to help others. I'm in love with anime, non-Japanese cartoons, comics, and video games. All of them help my anxiety.
