Hi! I know you get questions about this a lot, but... I've been v*-free for at least 15 years. I cause myself a lot of anxiety when I think about the fact that I'm "bound" to - statistically - v* at one or more points in my life. Although you've been v*-free for so long, do you ever encounter such thoughts, and how do you deal with them? I'm sorry for bothering, just feel free to ignore me!

Any advice on how not to catch stomach bugs and virus'?! Or how to not throw up period? I've gone around 12-14 years without it. Just need some advice. I freak out when I hear anyone is nauseous

You seem to know a lot about this phobia and sv's. I wanted to see if I could get your opinion.

My daughters are 9 and 6 and also emet. In December they both had a sv then just a month ago they had another one and I also got it. Now at school I hear it is going around it started last week and we were away in Disney then, but are back in school this week. Do you think they could get this again??? I just don't think I can handle this for a third time. Just looking for your opinion and I guess just a little reassurance. Thank you! Have a nice night!

Wow! That would be amazing. I went 22 years (age 2 to 24) without. Then from 24 to 28. I hope I can keep up the clean streak!
